PSL 2017 News: PCB have charge-sheeted the Khalid and Sharjeel
The PCB (Pakistan Cricket Board) on Saturday charge-sheeted state team batsmen’s Khalid Latif and Sharjeel Khan in the observation of its anti-corruption code and have provided them 14 days to reply to the charges.
The charge sheet was proved to both cricketers after they claimed not guilty and rejected any role in spot-fixing in the PSL (Pakistan Super League).
PCB’s (Pakistan Cricket Board)’s media executive Amjad Hussain Bhatti said the both batsmen’s have to submit their final opinion within 14 days.
Amjad Hussain Bhatti said: “If they plead not guilty the board will form a three member tribunal under a Judge to hold proceedings. But if they accept charges a disciplinary commission will be formed to decide on their future,”.
Amjad Hussain Bhatti guarantee that the cricketers had the right to plead in any court of law.
